Things like acai berry and hoodia are supplements that are great for faster weight loss. They dont provide us with any extra vitamins and minerals though - so they should obviously be taken as an added supplement only.
And for extra vitamins and energy throughout the day I would also recommend drinking the health juices - like acai berry , reservatrol, and others that come with weight loss and energy supplements too. The juice will help curb appetite and provide you with a nice full feeling to replace eating larger amounts of food.

Im Joshua and I have recently hit a wall of sorts- between turning 30 and starting my own at-home business, I really added the pounds quite fast. I have always been considered "skinny"- weighing a slim 170-175 throughout my life.
